CEO

Khameis Alantali is the Chief Executive Officer of GPS Chemoil LLC FZC, a leading oil storage terminal strategically located in Fujairah. With over a decade of experience in the energy and maritime sectors, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening GPS Chemoil’s position as a premier storage facility, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving strategic growth. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Deputy General Manager for 11 years, overseeing key operational and commercial developments, reinforcing his expertise in oil storage, supply chain management, and maritime logistics.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Canadian University Dubai and is an active member of the Alumni Association Board at the College of Business and Economics, United Arab Emirates University.

Under his leadership, GPS Chemoil continues to expand its capabilities, ensuring world-class service and contributing to Fujairah’s status as a critical global energy hub.

Dhananjoy Mishra

General Manager

Dhananjoy Mishra is an Indian national. He is an Oil and Gas professional employed with GPS CHEMOIL since 2011.

An MBA from Hult International Business School and a Mechanical Engineer, he has the experience of business conceptualization to execution, operation management and marketing & commercial management. Before taking up the role of the General Manager, he delivered as the Technical & Terminal Manager of GPS CHEMOIL.

Dhananjoy is resident in the UAE for almost 2 decades. Earlier to joining GPSCHEMOIL, he was with Vitol Dubai for 3 years developing Vitol’s facility in UAE and also helping development of ATB Tanjungbin in Malaysia. He started his journey in oil terminals directly from the university in 1992 and worked for more than 15 yrs in Bridge & Roof and Punj Llyod in India before relocating to UAE, in EPC projects for Oil terminals, Oil Refinery, LNG storage projects, Power plants where he has delivered multiple infrastructural projects of national importance.

Dhananjoy lives in Fujairah with his wife and has 2 school going sons. He is fond of hiking & trekking and interested in ensuring ethical use of Artificial Intelligence and counter technologies of Drone surveillance.

Giovanni Raneses Buan

Terminal Manager

Giovanni Buan has more than 25 years of technical experience, starting his career in 2000 in the field of Ship-Repair as Machinery Engineer at Keppel Subic Shipyard Inc. in-charge Engineer of various Machinery works on board the vessels and continued his career up to 2005 as Marine Class Surveyor at Bureau Veritas SA carrying out Class Survey and Statutory Regulations for all types of vessels: Merchant, Passenger and Naval.

Prior joining GPS CHEMOIL in 2013, his previous appointment with Link Marine Pte. Ltd. (A subsidiary of Chemoil Energy Ltd.) in 2005 as Shipbuilding Superintendent for New Building Projects and Ship repair Superintendent for Ship in Service/Conversion Projects.

He continued his service as Terminal Manager up to 2013 in Chemoil Energy Philippines Inc. Terminal, where he was responsible for the Management and Operations of an Oil Storage Terminal in Philippines.

Giovanni Buan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila Philippines and a Registered Mechanical Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission, Republic of the Philippines

Visheksh Mohan

Manager Technical

With over 15 years of expertise in oil terminal maintenance, Projects management, safety management, and large-scale modification projects, Visheksh Mohan is a seasoned professional specializing in project planning, execution, and safety compliance. He has supervised complex marine engineering operations, including the dry-docking of vessels and the conversion of fuel tankers. His proficiency spans mechanical design, AutoCAD, ProE, SAP PM & MM, and a strong background in managing procurement, vendor evaluations, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting. An accomplished project & Maintenance manager with extensive knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, NFPA), Visheksh has been leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring operational excellence. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and multiple certifications, including NEBOSH Oil & Gas, ISM, and IMS Internal Auditing.

Danish Kottarathil

Manager Accounts & Admin

Danish Kottarathil is a dynamic finance and accounts executive with over 25 years of rich experience in handling Finance, Accounts and Administration functions across various industries. He has demonstrated skills in management reporting, budgeting, taxation, project finance & accounting and administration areas.

Danish Kottarathil has been with us since 2008, and he holds a Master’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Taxation from University of Calicut.

Binoy Varghese

Manager Operation

Binoy Varghese is a seasoned Assistant Operations Manager with over 21 years of experience in oil storage terminal operations, commissioning, and customer care. Currently serving at GPS Chemoil LLC FZC, Fujairah, he specializes in managing terminal tank farm operations, control room monitoring, and petroleum product logistics.

Holding a PGD in Marine Engineering and NEBOSH HSE Certificate in process safety Management, Binoy is recognized for his leadership in high-pressure environments, process optimization, and commitment to safety and compliance. His proven track record includes successful commissioning of oil terminals, enhancing operational workflows, and fostering strong client relationships.

S Murthy

Manager QHSE

With a Bachelor's degree in Science and 30 years of experience in the shipping and oil & gas industries, Murthy is a seasoned professional committed to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) excellence. During a distinguished 10-year tenure at TRAKHEES (Dubai’s Freezone regulatory body), he made significant contributions to the Health, Safety, and Environment division, ensuring operational integrity and compliance with international standards.

A certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, he combines technical expertise with a proactive approach to risk management. His professional qualifications include the NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety, the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management. Additionally, he holds a certification in "Excellence in Customer Service," reflecting his dedication to fostering client satisfaction alongside operational safety.

In 2021, he joined GPS CHEMOIL LLC, where he continues to excel as the head of the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, and Security Department. With a robust QHSE background, Mr Murthy leverages his extensive experience to drive organizational safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational efficiency at GPS CHEMOIL LLC.

Saravanan Solaimalai

Manager Asset

Saravanan Solaimalai, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, brings over 30 years of extensive expertise in Engineering, Asset, and Project Management. Since joining GPSChemoil in 2016, he has successfully led maintenance activities, provided operational support, and managed complex upgrading projects. Notably, he played a pivotal role in integrating ISO 55001 Asset Management and ISO 50001 Energy Management certifications into the system.

Throughout his career, Saravanan has held key positions within Engineering and Asset management teams at leading Oil & Gas companies in India, Qatar, and the UAE. He has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in managing complex projects, maintenance operations, and international assignments.

Shibu Issac

Lead Mehanical

Shibu joined GPSChemoil LLC FZC in 2007 and currently holds the position of Maintenance Engineer. He is responsible for the Maintenance day-to-day activities and projects, specialize in ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and longevity of industrial equipment and machinery. His expertise lies in conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance equipment performance.

Prior joining GPS Chemoil LLC FZC, Shibu worked with GPS from 2004 as a Maintenance supervisor for the Projects where he was responsible for overall Construction and Commissioning activities.

Sarath Abraham

Lead Accountant

Sarath Abraham Jacob is a meticulous Accounting and Finance Professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in the energy sector, particularly in oil, petroleum, and shipping industries. He possesses deep expertise in SAP Modules and a comprehensive understanding of IFRS and other relevant guidelines. Currently, Sarath holds the position of Chief Accountant, where he applies his profound expertise to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance within the organization. He is proficient in UAE VAT rules and provisions, ESR compliances, and has extensive experience in the implementation and audit of taxation in India.

Sarath's educational background includes an MBA in Finance, which has equipped him with a robust foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and decision-making. Additionally, he has an ACA (Intermediate) & ATC from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce.

He previously served with distinction at Gulf Petrol Supplies LLC (Bunkering Division) and Fujairah National Group LLC, where his leadership and accounting acumen significantly contributed to the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Dinesh.M

Lead Operation

Dinesh joined GPSChecmoil LLC FZC in 2013 and currently holds the position of Operations superintendent. He is responsible for the operation’s day-to-day activities, while also actively contributing to setting overall management objectives and strategies.

Prior to joining GPSChecmoil LLC FZC in his previous appointment with Vadinar Oil Terminal Limited (formerly known as Essar Oil Limited), India, as Deputy Manager in 2011. He continued his service as Senior Engineer up to 2011 at the IMC Limited in India.He has more than 18 years of technical experience in the field of oil storage terminal operations.

Dinesh holds a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He also acquired a Diploma in Industrial Safety, Post Graduate Diploma in Piping Engineering, NEBOSH process safety and IMS Internal Auditing.

Satyanarayana MVV

Lead Operation

Satyanarayana MVV joined GPSCHEMOIL LLC FZC in July 2024 as Operations Superintendent. He has 17 years of technical experience in the field of oil storage terminal operations.

Prior to joining GPSCHEMOIL LLC FZC in 2024, he worked as Operations Manager with Sunrise Petroleum FZC in Hamriyah, UAE. Before moving to the UAE, he was employed with Nayara Energy Limited (formerly known as Essar Oil Limited) as Senior Operations Manager and with Reliance Industries Limited as Operations Manager.

Satyanarayana holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. He possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Safety and an IGC certificate from NEBOSH.

Prasanth Ravi

Lead E & I

Prasanth Ravi is a proficient expert in engineering, project management, and maintenance within the oil and gas industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and also acquired an advanced diploma in Industrial Automation.

Throughout his career, Prasanth Ravi has demonstrated his skills and leadership while working with globally renowned EPC companies, including Japan Gasoline Co. (JGC), SK Ecoplant, GS Engineering & Construction, and Hyundai Engineering & Construction.

Prior to joining GPS Chemoil LLC FZC, Prasanth Ravi played a pivotal role as an E&I Engineer, showcasing exceptional leadership across several high-profile projects. His notable contributions include the KNPC Clean Fuel Project and KOC EPF-18 Project in Kuwait, IBRUP (Iraq Basra Refinery Upgrading Project) in Iraq, and the Qatar Gas (Barzan LNG Project-Utility, Train-1/2) in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
