Ship Discharging + Loading

GPS Chemoil Terminals have access to all nine (9) Port of Fujairah berths, Berths 3A & 3B and VLLC 1 berth through the pipelines connected to Port of Fujairah’s Common Matrix Manifold (CMM) at OT2 and OT1 berths for multi-berth ship discharging and loading operations ranging from VLCC to small bunker barges to maximize throughput capacity for its clients.

Terminal to Terminal Transfers

GPS Chemoil Terminals have access to Port of Fujairah’s ITT Headers for both dirty and clean lines in addition to the pipeline connectivity’s to ALL berth headers at Common Matrix Manifold # 1 and the connectivity lines at Common Matrix Manifold #2. Terminal also has a private pipeline connecting Vopak, VTTI and Emarat used for transfer between the terminals.

Internal Tank Transfer

The Terminal is designed with the flexibility to transfer products between tanks within the terminal. Equipped by an Integrated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to closely monitor tank level, flow rate, temperature, pressure and other parameters. Pipelines optimized for maximum number of simultaneous operations offering maximum flexibility

Road Tanker Loading and Discharging

A total of 4 truck bays comprising of top loaders and bottom loaders with Flow Meters to accommodate distribution of products via tank trucks.

Berth to Berth Operations

GPS Chemoil Terminals have access to all nine (9) Port of Fujairah berths, through the terminal pipelines connected to Port of Fujairah’s Common Matrix Manifold (CMM) at OT2 and OT1 berths used for transfer between two (2) vessels berth to berth cargo operations.

Heating

Thermic fluid heating system installed with two (2) Thermax Diesel fired thermic fluid heaters with design capacity of 4million kcal/hr x 2nos. provided to heat the product and maintain the temperature in fuel oil tanks.

One (1) thermic fluid heater is capable for heating one large Fuel Oil tank of capacity 46,000m3 from 25oC to 50oC in 4days time or maintaining temperature of four Fuel Oil tanks with the same capacity each at 50oC.

Blending

Homogenization is done via Eductor Nozzles and Jet Nozzles placed in all tanks for Class III products. Homogenization for all White Oil IFR tanks is done via re-circulation through jet nozzles.

Using tank mixing eductors, jet nozzles and unrivalled knowledge, we can advise on and support Client’s blending operation to meet the required quality standards.

Additive Dosing

Qualified and experience dosing service providers works with the terminal in providing oil additives and improvers via in-line dosing to correct or upgrade any parameters of petroleum product.
