Raising Concerns
If you become aware that, or suspect that, a breach of Policy has occurred, you must report your concerns to your Supervisor, Manager, or the Compliance Champion.
Where a concern remains unresolved through the above local channels, or should you, for whatever reason and at any time, feel uncomfortable utilising the local channels for resolution of your concern, you can also raise it by sending an email to gpsco.concerns@fng.ae or via the GPS Chemoil ‘Raising Concerns’ Reporting Platform available at https://www.gpschemoil.com/concerns. The Reporting Platform allows you to raise your concerns on an anonymous basis.
GPS Chemoil has a zero-tolerance approach for retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All queries raised via these “Raising Concerns” channels are reviewed and assessed promptly.
